Mentor-Mentee Experiences Amidst COVID-19: A Teaching Practice Case Study

Preparing student teachers for the world of work is seen globally as a challenge. This research aims to explore mentors and mentees experiences in teaching practice during COVID-19 period. In order challenge this study, following question guided paper: What are at school COVID-19? The result limited done on two groups COVID-19. Informed by realist social theory, we generated data via telephonic interviews with one school. was through semi-structured Interviews thematic analysis method employed data. results present challenges experienced which, amongst others, include feeling inadequacy or lack confidence their abilities bring about classroom being excluded meetings extra-curricular activities. On other hand, receive without any prior warning arrangements made accommodate them absence university officials except assessment. Based results, collaborative approach should be deal some mentees.
